We process your inquiry type, company or organization (optional), name, reply email, message, submission time, and language. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it.
Email delivery and retention
Form submissions are sent to our contact mailbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. We retain the information only in correspondence emails, without storing submissions in a company inquiry database. Resend also processes the information to deliver the email. On its standard Free, Pro, and Scale plans, Resend retains emails and delivery logs for 30 days.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of inquiry emails or personal information, contact support@stratum-flow.com. After verifying that the request is yours, we will delete the information we retain.
Website preferences
We store your light or dark display preference in your browser so it persists between visits. Inquiry contents are not stored in browser storage. This corporate website does not include analytics or advertising.
